Yes, regular single-vision glasses are usually completed within 40 minutes, from the eye exam to selecting the frame and lenses and finishing the lenses. We always keep lenses up to -12.00D for myopia + astigmatism in stock, but same-day completion may vary depending on your prescription, the degree of astigmatism, the lenses you choose, and store conditions. If your prescription is outside the stock range or you order multifocal lenses, it may take about 2–7 days. If you have a departure schedule, please let us know before your visit. We will check the production schedule and do our best to have them ready before you leave.

We have staff at the store who can communicate in English, Japanese, and Chinese. If you let us know your planned visit date and time, as well as your preferred language in advance, we will check the staff schedule and help arrange a consultation in that language.

The total price of glasses depends on the frame and lenses you choose. Lens prices vary based on prescription, design, thickness, and field of vision, and we offer a wide range of options from affordably priced products to global brands such as ZEISS, HOYA, and Essilor. During the consultation, we’ll recommend products that fit your budget and intended use, and let you know the final amount including any additional options before purchase.

You can visit without a prescription, get a free eye exam in the store, and get glasses fitted. An experienced optician with a Korean optician license will check your vision and glasses prescription and guide you to lenses suited to your needs. If you are currently using glasses or have an existing prescription, please bring them with you. They can be used as a reference for the consultation and exam.

You can visit and make a purchase without a separate reservation. However, depending on the schedule of our foreign language consultation staff, immediate assistance in your preferred language may not be available. For smooth consultation, please let us know your planned date and time of visit, as well as your preferred language in advance. We will check whether the staff member is on duty and let you know.

Tax refunds are available when purchasing glasses. We can also help issue the documents in-store even if you do not bring your passport. However, contact lenses are offered at a special discounted price, so they are excluded from tax refund eligibility. We will guide you through whether each product is eligible and the refund process before purchase.
